Not a real brazilian sound, but like Studio corrected and edited phrases, just one man can be listened, very repetive textes inside the vocal.

YEH YEH YEH, Oh Yeh! is from USA, Brazil never had that sound, if you translate some phrases that do not exist there like, How is it good to be brazilian, no, no, they are not patriot like USA for example, but they did not suffer later with a kind of false promise of the american trauma.

Brazilian music has always stood by the text, if you know the wonderful Cole Porter will understand me, it happens that in the Latin language can express more than in English absurdly, and if someone try to write like Cole Porter today will be considered tacky and old in USA, I will not even comment on the lyrics and slang of hip-hop.

Brazilian music has a beginning middle and end, and always has a sense or history. They can really make poetry and wonderful combination with words, in my language German we can't do some kind of poetry, Latin is perfect, if you are able to read "Dante" in Italian, or Sartre, Victor Hugo, La Fontaine in French or Cervantes in Spain you will need to study years of Latin to be able, luck for you that english have 34% of latin, less work.

I remember I heard on England TV that their music just regurgitated phrases linked to nature, the beach the sun, and girls passing by, but only "Girl form Ipanema" had such a text. George Benson always remember the first time he heard "Velas Içadas" of Ivan Lins, he did not believe that melody came from Brazil.

The entire map of Europe lies within Brazil with room left over, so they have many different musical cultures, genres and speech accents, this stuff must be renamed for: less the 10% of Rio Brazilian Male Vocals

The real sounds of that country can be listened throughout: João Gilberto, Tom Jobim, Chico Buarque, Toquinho, Carmen Miranda, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Milton Nascimento, Elis Regina, Ivan Lins, Walter Wanderley at the Hammond Organ, Altamiro Carrilho on Flute, Laurindo de Almeida on the guitar and the modern pianist César Camargo Mariano. ALL them with different styles and tone voices.

By the way, like Nietzsche, I love and respect all the countries that did music, from all the 3 Americas, Canada, Europa, Russia, Asia and the tremendous influence from all Africa.
