Dub Techno Essentials is the latest output of Engineering Samples. Following the success of the Deep Dub Techno Sessions Series we decided to make everything even bigger and better.
We used loads of analogue gear and synthesizers to create this unique sample collection. (for details see listing below)

Packed with nearly 500mb full of deep gritty, analogue sounds this release is designed with the deeper side of Techno in mind.

Recorded at tempos ranging from 115 - 120 BPM producer Alexander Baldeweg provides you with deep kick drums, gritty atmospheres, sizzling drum loops, ethnic percussion, dreamy stabs, chords and pads.

We did things in style and used as much analogue equipment for „Dub Techno Essentials“ as possible:

Roland Juno-6, Roland System 100, Roland TR 606, Roland TB 303, Arturia Minibrute.

Every construction kit includes up to 15 single loops, allowing for countless combinations and re-arrangements.

I love the female voice on the demo. Anyone recommend any voice samples that sound like her ?

Oh and i loved the rest of the demo as well :)

Yeah she actually sounds like a grown woman and I like her voice which is rare for vocal stuff. A lot of vocal packs are just horrendous, I once downloaded a few and almost lost faith in the human race. It was in the vein of those trite generic crap vocal samples that are so commonplace these days. Drop by AudioSex, I'm sure the guys have some suggestions.

I like quality music whatever it may be but I have a special love for Ambient, DnB, Dubstep (the good stuff), Indie, IDM, Industrial (my favorite thing in this world), Good Metal, Good Synthpop, Techno and a few others. I'm more of an underground kind of guy, I can't stand things that everybody likes because usually they suck since once it hits the mainstream the music becomes a caricature and is more about image and other nonsense than it is about music. Good music doesn't need dumb catchphrases, posers smiling for the camera or any of that shit. Really I listen to a lot of genres but I'm picky with what I like, I don't like formulaic. When there's a party people literally beg me to handle the music for days because they know that I'll not only deliver the good shit but it will be stuff that people don't hear everyday.
