Chime is excellent. I don't even really like his music, but his sound design, mixing, and arrangement are all worth studying. There is a stems pack of one of his albums floating around, its a really valuable teaching tool. His arrangements alone are worth copying / studying. They differ from traditional EDM arrangements, but don't feel noticeably different. IDK , just yah, im always impressed with his content.
