The samples in this pack are not royalty-free. This series pays homage to the strange and dark side of library music. If you like slow, creepy boom bap, you'll find plenty of inspiration here. Detuned piano, experimental synths, tensed violins, and deep vocals make up the 32 samples to be chopped. All files are in universal WAV format at 44.1 kHz sample rate and 16 bits resolution. All samples curated by The Attic.

heads up: many of these (over half) are not uncompressed wav but have been lossy encoded (down to 64kbs in some cases). tested using Fakin the Funk, and they're tracks that definitely aren't bit-crushed or ran through samplers, just straight up lazy sampling from poor-quality sources. #25 is probably the most egregious example, easily found in shazam as Notte Di Pauira by Natale Massara from Nero Veneziano, and playing a high quality copy side by side makes it extremely obvious that the sample here has been absolutely butchered by bad low quality compression and then converted back into 16 bit 44.1 WAV.

real shame too, can't imagine paying for this stuff but just downloading them here I found some pretty cool obscure music I probably wouldn't have found otherwise. but between the quality and their being no filename or organization at all it seems like a poor way to find new music and an even poorer way to integrate sampling into your music.
