It's not Polyphonic Music Library, Kingsway, Frank Dukes, Crate League, Coop, etc., but those guys are all using real instruments, at least predominantly. In today's landscape of sample packs it's surprising Origin Sound they came this close with an era-specific genre that's notoriously hard to nail down.

For a sample pack, I gotta admit this is solid. Won't catch me saying that too often in today's landscape... and it's from Origin Sound—weird.
That sample at 0:50 reminded me of like five different 90's cuts, but it made me go back and rock that track "Marquee" off Port Authority (Marco Polo ft. O.C.) with that funky groove. Go check it on BC and tell me I'm wrong. Knock central.
