i can't recall there ever being such a massive wave of loop packs from one distro in all my time on audioz

although ive always been curious about boom bap labs and where they get a lot of their stuff , because their dialogue series you can literally find a lot of the actual shows and films on youtube and archive . org

I wonder why they can claim copyrights from stuff that is not theirs actually, as you say there is sources where you can find some of them. There is no difference if you chop the sample from their pack or from youtube or whatever...

the majority of the packs from boom bap labs are NOT royalty free. They are actual samples, ripped from vinyl

i figured this is probably why almost their whole inventory just got dumped on audioz this month along with alpha centori packs.

the site says nearly nothing about this sadly.

As a crate digger myself, I love these packs. For people who go the long way searching for samples I think its dope. Of course its not royalty free. (but with a bit of manipulation you can get there).
