Using sample packs to "compose" is NOT composing. Come on people, ELEVATE!!!

That's your opinion, and I disagree entirely with you. Also, these are just drum breaks, so I don't know what you're on about...

Don't fall for the trap of thinking you can't use loops and whatnot. Use the samples how you want to aid your production. Be it as a source of inspiration, maybe a fill or break, a layer, or a mainline - you can be a loop dragger for all I care. If it helps you finish what you're working towards no one is gonna care how you did it, they only care about your final track/song. Obviously, if you use anything without manipulating it to a degree, it will be recognizable if someone else uses that, so just take that into account.

Thank you for sharing That Sound, they make great packs.

Nobody said these sounds were made for "composing." Piero Perelli is a composer, among other things.

And sample-based work is every bit as relevant as whatever it is that you do.
I was drunk when I wrote this

These are drums, people who know how, can take this into completely different thing. It can be used just as a starting point.
Las but not least, you know how many guys compose using they keyboards (or any instrument) putting together chords progressions that have been already written (and over used) 20 years ago? What's the difference with sample packs?
