You know, I find that highly unlikely. A lot of these are from fairly big movies and I sincerely doubt that the person who put this together obtained any of the rights to sell them... I'd expect to pay royalties or worse, get sued, for using some of these in anything commercial.

i Don't See How The Vocal phrases Fromfamous comedians and Movie can Be Royalty Free when the Kit Cost $7.50 they would have had to Pay thousands of Dollars to all these people to get releases thanks for the up

Yeah, I *high-ly* doubt that these are all royalty-free.
That being said, I'm just going to avoid the movie clips, most of which aren't as funny as some of the vintage cuts anyway; and forge ahead, as per usual. And, if someone wants to try and sue me, they'll be sorely dissappointed after finding out that my sole belongings are an AKAI 16 pad, a handful of smokes, and a jar of pennies.
