i just wanted to update what i had already. and now it's scrapped.
i removed Cinematic Strings - Cinematic Strings 2.1 from kontakt. i tried your nicnt with your wallpaper. and even if i deleted it. it say this library already there.
and even if i replace the old nicnt file, in quick load it say patch is encrypted now.

I was able to fix it and activate it!
If you’re having trouble activating it go to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
delete the cinematic strings.xml then re add the library and it will be activated
