You can make one yourself. Just copy any nicnt and wallpaper from another library to the root of the Library folder. Edit the nicnt with a text editor, Text Editor on Mac or Notepad2 on Windows, change the line codes with names respectfully...

This number should not match to any of the libraries that you have. Otherwise, they will cancel each other out.

And make sure the nicnt file name should be exactly the same with <Name> and <RegKey> fields (which are the same BTW)

For the wallpaper part, use any picture with a same size. I usually do a picture search of the library in DooDle. And copy any of the pictures I like and/or combine them. PNG is accepted not the JPEG/JPG
