Wallpapers & nicnt Compilation by Walden

A compilation of several Kontakt libraries wallpapers & nicnt files made by myself.

I've created the files as new libraries and they should work pretty much with every user.

I'd recommend add one by one ( only in case you have all the libraries!Lol! ),

What is the deal with these 7 folders?

Cinematique Instruments - Concert Zither
Cinematique Instruments Ensemblia v1.5
Dieguis Productions - Cinematic Motion
Indiginus - Delta Blues - Acoustic Slide Guitar
Kirk Hunter Studios - Spotlight Strings
Spitfire.Audio.BML.SABLE.VOL.2
Vin Sound - Gaya Geum

First I couldn't move the folders [to store them with the rest of my wallpaper collection] so I created new folders with the same names & moved the files inside them. Then WinXP SP3 gives me this message when I try to delete the originals:

Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source disk.

What is special with these folders?
What did you do when you made the RAR?
Are you on an Apple machine?
What do you think is the problem?

Well, as far as I know there isn't any special about those folders.
Yeah I'm on mac.
First, try to download it again and repeat process.
Then try changing permits to the folders, and let me know if it works.
if not I will make a new zip file with fresh folders and upload it here.

but seems like a winxp issue though.
I just did a normal zip file with all the folders.
Maybe your hd is giving problems. ( as you cannot read from source)
(where did you download the zip file? to an external disk?)
Could you delete the rest of the folders without any issue?
If anyone else is having issues, let me know and I will double check with my other mac
before I do any changes.

I tried most things a person who bought his first computer in 1988 would do.

What I did find though was that there is an extra character at the end of each folder name that looks like a space but is some other character, one that windows does not recognize. Apparently others have encountered this same problem in the past. Chances are that others here will have this problem also & maybe post a solution.

I thought I could use DOS to delete them but no luck yet. I am FRUSTRATED!

Thank You but I don't need new ones. I just needed to be able to delete the old ones.

I finally found something that worked.

In DOS I used the dir /x command to get the shortened filenames:
CINEMA~1
CINEMA~1.5
DIEGUI~1
INDIGI~1
KIRKHU~1
SPITFI~1.2
VINSOU~1

I then used these commands:
rmdir CINEMA~1
rmdir CINEMA~1.5
rmdir DIEGUI~1
rmdir INDIGI~1
rmdir KIRKHU~1
rmdir SPITFI~1.2
rmdir VINSOU~1

Deleted all 7 of them.

EDIT:
I found later on that I could not delete __MACOSX from the Recycle Bin for the same reason. I had to Undelete the __MACOSX folder & apply the same DOS treatment to those 7 folders.

For other windows users who want these files that Walden generously offered to us:
You can rename these 7 folders in WINRAR before extracting. I had problems because I had already extracted them.

Well, happy to hear that finally works for you smoothripple!

In the other hand you'll always have the option to download the zip from my previous comment above ("just the seven fixed folders") in case you don't feel like going into DOS world...
