Most probably you're trying to use the library in the wrong way. This usually happens when you try to load a library patch from the Files tab. If that is what you're doing, this means that you should first install the library (from the Libraries->Add Library tab and then you could load the patches from the library drop down menu. I mean ... some libraries you download have to be used through the Files tab. Others though, have to be installed before you can use them, through the Libraries->Add Library tab. Otherwise you'll get the error message you've got.

I don't know if i made myself clear.

First of all - Thanks,
Secondly, if i understood you right - it means i should load the library from the "libraries" tab, right? and if that's the case - i did try it at first, went straight to the EO folder but i got the message "No library found". I know that THAT is why i get the Patch message, but i was wondering why does it happen? How come i can't add the library nor add the files through the files tab? I saw on some sites that these type of problems are solved via entering a serial in the service center, but i doubt that this is the case with this release. So again - what am i doing wrong? because it seems to be working for everyone :)

Sorry for the delay, but un-archiving 7GB takes some time! yes

I have installed the library without any problem in my kontakt (same version as yours). So, most probably you don't "feed" the Add Library with the right path when asked. When the dialog box appears for you to select the folder where the library is you should select the root folder of the library (ie: where the other folders are).

Lets say that you have not changed anything after unarchiving Then, the folder structure should be like this:

Orchestral Essentialss
  |---> Documentation
  |---> Instruments
  |---> Multis
  |---> Samples
        Orchestral Essentials.nicnt
So, when asked, the folder you should select for Kontakt to find the library is: Orchestral Essentials (ie: the root folder).

Tell me if it worked now, and if so i'll go to sleep (1:17 in the morning here)

Do you have Orchestral Essentials.nicnt in that folder ?!. Before you re-download again i have some questions to ask: Are you in Mac or in Windows ?. If you're in Mac try to use another unarchiver tool like UnrarX or Keka (sometimes archives have this kind of problems in Mac, that they "don't like" some unarchivers - here i've used UnrarX). Also, did you had any error when unarchiving it ?. If you did not i doubt .rars could be corrupted.

I'm using Windows, I do have a .nicnt file and i did not have any problems during the unarchiving. My question to you is how big is your OE folder? Mine according to the properties is 6.47 gigs

My Mac reports 6.96GB, but you can't compare this with Windows because each system uses their own algorithms to calculate the size of files/folders and they can defer slightly. It's really strange that this doesn't work to you, because as you say, all the files are there! ... Anyway, i would try to install everything in a virtual machine that i have with Win7 now, but i'm very sorry because i would need to go sleep (almost 2:00h in the morning and should wake up very early in the morning to go work at 6:00h). So, if you're not in a hurry i can try this tomorrow evening and tell you something. Meanwhile, maybe some windows user could give you some hint dunno .

I found on some french forum, that if you have problem with loading library in kontakt 5.1, download and install "Service Center 2.3.2" from NI support page (located under "Drivers and other files")
I also had a problem with Session Strings and this solution worked for me;)

Earn money with warez seems to be a recursive topic of conversation in this site, but most of you are still here downloading stuff and still asking for something more. On the other hand a premium UL account (for example) cost you 10$ a month. Now, how many things can you download in a month through a premium account ? ... and all those apps you can download, how much would cost you if you had to pay for them ?!. Paying 10$ a month to download things that otherwise will cost you thousands of dollars is nothing compared to the goods you'll get if you want the stuff really quick (otherwise you can still download the stuff gratis from free servers).

Now, you seem to complain because some others earn money with warez, but in fact you're complaining because you want everything for free and "right now!", without any effort from your side (ie: no money to buy it, no time and effort to crack it, no money to pay for upload to a premium account server, no risk for legal issues with developers, and so on ... in short NO NOTHING, just "give me what i want and give it to me right now for free ... and of course, free of any issues too!"

I'm really tired of all this nonsense complaints that appear every day here in a post or another, and which in fact don't talk of anything else than of your own egotism (and not of others like you think) ! Do you truly want a better world ?, then start by looking at yourselves!.

You most likely do not use a cracked version of Kontakt.

Adding the library via "Add library" works fine here with Kontakt 5.10.6.66 (R2R) on Win7.
It is not a problem of missing files, the "Patch encrypted" message occurs if your Kontakt is not cracked for 3rd party libraries.

Well, obviously thank you for this, but I was left with the impression that I was downloading LUMINA because of the link you have on the info. So, I want to make clear that is indeed ORCHESTRAL ESSENTIALS,, a small and generic library for those who want a little bit of everything.
Maybe it would be better to replace the info link with the correct one.
