Carefully read Donald Twain's Rollerball method. I have macOS (since 1989), and I don't have any Windows at hand. Maybe I should have one installed... Haha. I should also investigate if there's software to do it on Mac.
So I did something else, simpler, more beginner-friendly.
I just compressed the samples, even though they were at 48 kHz / 24 bits, and it went from 97.7 GB to 37.7 GB.

I used Kontakt 6.8, SRM Sounds #001 is protected, so it didn't allow me to extract the WAVs in Kontakt using "Collect samples/Batch compress" (or perform "Batch re-save"). But it did allow me to perform a "Save as" for each instrument (nki). There, I selected "Patch + Samples" and "Compress samples." I previously created a new directory for the instrument, analogous to the original. I created a separate folder for the .ncw files for each piano and generated them there. In the new Samples folder, I created two folders: Samples Closed and Samples Open. This kept the instruments separate, since they don't share samples, and there are a lot of them, more than 5,000 per piano. I copied the .nkr and .nkc files that come in the original Samples into my new Samples folder. Don't forget that!
Now it takes ± the same to load the samples when opening the library in Kontakt, but I have 60 GB freed up.
