The Audiobro Remote Control (aka ARC) is the most striking new feature introduced in LASS 2.0. This powerful script allows you to control multiple patches from one place; for example, you can globally purge or load samples, turn vibrato/non‑vibrato on and off, set up Auto Rhythm patterns, and so on, without having to scroll down and individually perform those operations on each patch. As well as being a big time‑saver for programming multi‑patch setups, the ARC also introduces several important new features, which we'll examine below.

Since many orchestral samplists rely on keyswitches to perform articulation changes, the absence of patch keyswitching in the original library was a surprise. That omission has been rectified in LASS 2.0: users can now set up their own keyswitches, which is good news for those who want to integrate this library into their existing orchestral templates. Using ARC's 'Set‑up' page (the details of which are explained in the 'It's A Set‑up' box), you can create a set of up to 12 keyswitches, which can be globally shifted up or down in pitch simply by adjusting the bottom note.

To make sure ARC is properly installed simply load the multi called: ARC Starter. If you see ARC you are good to go.
However, I had to put the files in Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5

Beattrip, it should. It shouldn't be any different then using the original samples. Download and try, it's only something like 48mb and you don't have to trash the old ARC version.

I have a problem with ARC, Picture seems to miss on the ARC sceen...I put the new folder where they Have to be User Doc/Native/Kontakt5/Picture/ARC and others in presets/multiscripts/ARC 2.51....some help ???do i have to batch resave ???

I did it already and I refound the gui but When I load the Arc starter it's 1.2 and when I update to 2.5 I Must reload the multi... Anyway it doesn't look like the pic above.
Tomorrow I will work on it, Try to find vidéos.

I seem to be having the same problem as beaucarty is - how can I manage to get ARC 2.51 to work properly in Yosemite? The LASS files are working fine and I've moved the ARC files to the stated folders (correctly, I think!) but I still get it loading up in Kontakt as ARC 1.2 in grey with graphics missing. Can anyone please let me know what I am doing wrong?

I think the problem is, when we open the ARC 2.51 script it looks at the image folder situated in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\pictures.

Its where the 2.0 old picture folder are. But when i try to put the new 2.51 ARC image folder " 98 meg instead of 48.7 meg for the 2.0 version" Nothing work.
I try to put this folder in C:\Users\Mynamel\Documents\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\pictures.
Its not working too.
Any body get it working ??? Or there is a bug in the pictures ARC folder...

Or this ARC 2.51.nkp is a fake ?

Ok I think i have found a solution for this prob.

Copy/Merge all the files of the 2.0 pictures folder to the 2.51 pics folder. Replace the similar files. Now there is no more greyed files and every things working fine.
The pictures folder must be placed in:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\pictures.

Is there a way to identify the Arc version in kontakt ?

I had put the whole ARC folder as stated in the instructions for Mac into:

/yourUserAccount/Documents/Native Instruments/Kontakt 5/pictures/ARC/ *(this whole folder)

and it remained greyed out but when I copied and pasted the pictures from ARC 2.51/pictures over the ones into:

/yourUserAccount/Documents/Native Instruments/Kontakt 5/pictures

it now loads up with the full ARC screen as shown above. Thanks again for your help. Now it's time for me to start using it!

On my Mac, I couldn't get ARC to run from any of the locations noted above. However, when I moved the picture files to Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Kontakt 5/pictures/ARC/ , it worked. Same goes for the NKP file, except place in the /presets/Multiscripts/ folder .

All my Kontakt pictures files (Scarbee, etc.) are located there for some reason and it works just fine -- maybe I'm set up for multiple users?
