Most of their sounds can be found in Nexus. More Presets are than usual are usable in this one though. And This is coming from a producer who has publicly ranted about how bad their presets sound.

Useless, to u, Im sure plenty of folks that dont have 5 externals filled with every library imaginable from sites like this.. might find all the sounds useful.

Personally I can dig thru most any of Studiolinked's libraries and find something I like or tweak it to my liking.

People just have different tastes in sounds I guess

To be fair pretty much everything is ripped off sounds these days especially in popular mainstream genres. Music has become all about the same tired formula and that's about as inspiring as a cage. Now the underground, that's where it's at. That's what shapes the music of tomorrow...which is then exploited and watered down by the mainstream ad nauseum and then the cycle begins again.

Very true! It's kinda sad.Shows a huge lack of creativity and individualism.

I've seen it a lot in hip hop sounds.Like how all those kits for a long while all had the same sf2's in em.People prolly still using those I'd bet.Matter of fact when I did that Southern Comfort for Kontakt,I found upon review of the raw sample data,that a lot of those patches were stolen from E-mu patches,Kurzweil and a few producers patches.Some good ones,but... they just renamed them to whatever they wanted em to be titled. Prolly using Awave.
Most would never know unless digging deep.Once I noticed it.I was like.... "Why and how can they charge that much for that and get away with it? "

I vow I will never do that if/when I make something and sell it.

I just bought a kit from Misfit Digital and most of the sounds were watermarked when I opened the file, from Prime Loops. I don't know if some of these companies are partnered or not, but that's one reason I'm hesitant to buy sound kits, until I can try them out here, first. I don't want to support people who rip off other devs. If something is legit and I find myself using the kit/vst, I definitely buy it.
