For Kontakt 5.0.3 and up. Virologic contains sampled patches from the Access Virus synthesizer. The samples are in 24bit 44.100 Khz ncw format. The library is divided into 12 sound categories with 305 instruments and 43 Multis. Patches marked with 'MW' have a sound change when using the modulation wheel.

There are three parameter pages, the 'Controls' page, to edit the main parameters like the Portamento, Unisono, Envelope and Filter settings, the 'Additional Effects' page to edit the effects parameters and the 'Arpeggiator' page to edit and add rhythmic elements to the sound.

i am very impressed with this developer's work. both the jd850 that was uploaded yesterday and this virus sound great to my ears. and the scripting is very advanced. these are not just simple presets, they can be tweaked very easily . personally, i will be purchasing these two libraries just as soon as i have a project where these sounds will fit. glad i had a chance to try them out here or i probably never would have even known that they existed.

advanced scripting? you mean a funky gui, an arp and ... what? If youre after advanced scripting beyond gui controls you should check out the synth magic stuff - this here ... are just samples and there is no magic inside.

i have seen synth magic stuff, and some of it is very good (like sounds of the quadra). some of it doesn't have any better scripting than this.
