Super, Talula! Always interesting libraries.

Is there a way to also provide the PAResources (NI Resources - image folder) for libraries such as this one, which are NKS compatible? This would be much welcomed.

Yes there is a way. Kontakt 8 portable by vkDanilov extracts all PAResources automatically and puts them in place if you add the library. You can even use it only for that extraction and then use the installed version of Knntakt if you don't like the portable one. Extract it from the nicnt file

Thanks for the response, ambbe! I'm a big fan of Portable. When I did this through the "Manage libraries in NKS browser", it overwrote all my manually added libraries in the NI Resources folder. It does the same thing whenever I add a new library. Therefore, I needed to find a way to obtain the PAResources so I can add them manually.

If you have a way of extracting from the nicnt file, I would be grateful if you could share. Thanks again!

Thanks to all involved. I'm from the land of the leprechaun's so cant help but listen to this type of library. Some beautiful sounding instruments, with almost an ancient mystical sounding vibe to them.

Yes, this is a refresh of the 2002 release. Looks like is over twice the size as the original. The demos sound pretty good. Curious what others find in their assessment of this re-release?

nice. actually decent / realistic library.

My dad makes bagpipes, or at least he did for years, not so much anymore, as he's a bit older now. He made beautiful instruments though. Hand carved pipes, carved with intricate beautiful designs, custom made bellows (i dont know what the bag is called), he would even make his own reeds. Spending hours painstakingly getting each one perfect.

its showing demo for me, along with a largely white and incomplete interface..as if not drawing properly or wallpaper missing., and not showing up in libraries tab.. i've tried to activate it in afew diffferent ways, clicking on nicnt file, using kontakt manager using bobdules tool from within Kontakt...using kontakt 8 latest bobdule. reaper latest and win 11.
would you be up for providing tips on how i might go about getting it to show up and activated?
