This my so-called lite version of Strezov Sampling Afflatus Chapter I Strings, as the original is really a big one, and the previously released minified is not suitable to me.

My goal is always to keep the essence and fullness of sound of the original library and all articulations (most of the time), not to achieve the smallest size.

The close mic alone sounds too thin, unblanced and cannot be easily emphasized, well, at least according to my mixing / effects "skills"

You can still get rid of a microphone if you really want to, keeping only Close or Decca, and get a 50% cut.
Just remove the corresponding files in Samples folder and batch resave (don't remove .nkr resource file or "other" samples! ).

Based on Strezov Sampling Afflatus Strings 1.3 (103 GB) release by VIP Team

- All samples converted from 24 to 16 bits (with dither)
- All patches and articulations from original libs are present
- Close and Decca microphones only (Hall mic removed)
- NKX files sorted by microphones so you can get rid of an unwanted mic if you want
- 37 GB size on disk / 33GB download (64% reduction)
