Two years after releasing Jade Ethnic Orchestra we went back to Beijing China with our Co-Producer Seth Tsui to create a virtual instruments collection which pushes the boundaries of evolving instrumental perfomances to a new high. The result of that journey is Jade Evolutions.

Jade Evolutions is no sample library in the traditional sense of multisamples, dynamic layers and round robins. The recordings we made are highly expressive performances within each section of the traditional Chinese orchestra, as well as vocal ensembles. The focus was set on musicality, which is unreachable with a multisample approach. If you want instant cutting edge sounding results which go far beyond what an ethnic virtual instruments collection can accomplish, Jade Evolutions will be your new secret weapon.

Based on our experience with our Syllabuilder and X3M engines, we developed a brand new one using Native Instruments' Kontakt sampler to give you acess to these performances in an intuitive way, but also to combine them with custom electronic sounds recorded from Hardware Synthesizers for that modern cinematic sound. The core of Jade Evolutions is the XY Pad, which allows you to freely morph and blend between 4 zones of mapped instrumental performances and freely layer in Electronic soundsources.

Each of the zones can be customized and shaped to your liking. Use the 215 instrumental and 47 electronic soundsources to create your own presets and arrangements. Save them and tag them for future productions or use one of our 256 presets as base for your own explorations into the unknown.

everytime I see a huge Kontakt library I always assume Talula, then I look at poster and see....Talula. So grateful for the shares so we can test it out but I really wish there were others who share and not same people every time. Maybe they are being contributed behind the scenes but I remember the days when like 4 or 5 groups were all posting Kontakt libraries. Thanks again Talula.

anyone having difficulties to autorise this bank? i m using kontakt 7.18

i ve clicked on the nicnt file and kontakt manager added the library but i m still getting"this instrument belongs to a library that is not installed currently" error message...

any clues?

Use the latest Kontakt 6.7 and use the bobdule Kontakt button to add. The R2R Kontakt manager when double clicking the nicnt says it registers but it doesn't add it. When you successfully add a library it should appear at the top of your Kontakt libraries, not sure the exact difference but when R2R Manager doesn't work I use bobdule Kontakt button to add. Afterwards open Kontakt and do a batch resave for good measure. Then you can load the instrument and browser works just fine. Opened up Kontakt 7.2 and it works there too. General rule for me is if it doesn't require Kontakt 7, register it in 6 and batch resave in 6 first that way it can still use the version it was designated for. If you batch resave in 7, then it is required to be used in 7 and not backwards compatible from my understanding. It also appears in NKS by just adding the nicnt with bobdule Kontakt manager, although there is only one instrument and you can't go any further into the tagging system it still shows up for browsing with graphics and all. Which leads me to wonder what the "Add NKS library" in bobdule's button actually does versus the normal "add library".

so better wait for any new Kontakt release where the xml file is included?

Because i don't have Bob Dule i have the versions 7.xx Portable by Danilov and the Regular R2R . So should i add a third Kontakt?

Last solution would be your mentioned batch resave, but i don't really wanna do it, i read that you can destroy your library if done wrong..

Fam, you don't have to downgrade or go online or anything like that.
For some reason Kontakt and Reaktor by R2R act weird with the libraries sometimes.(no disrespect).
If you use the Bob Bidule kontakt and the R2R kontakt manager, they usually register.
This one didn't but in the older releases by B.D, there is the add library app. It's supposed to be for 5 or 6 but mine added with the R2R Kontakt Manager, it just didn't show up so i ran the add library joint and it loaded up without issue. But like Technician1 said, do a batch resave just in case.

This is a Soundscape Libary, while the Orchestra is focussed on fully playable Instruments.

Well, look at that, day one and it's already being pirated. You know, this really makes me wonder why we pay thousands of dollars to NI for "copy protection."

Honestly, I get it, when I was starting out (actually, for the first 10 years of my career) I often had to choose between paying for food/rent/sample libraries. If you have no way to afford new sounds, you shouldn't be financially locked out of competing for your first movie score, or commercial, or song.

Still, and I say this totally without malice, if you are making money from stealing other people's work, we (meaning the industry) know.

If you like the sounds, and want to make a career out of music, my advice is this: don't hide behind anonymous avatars. Write an email to the producers of the sample libraries you use most. Maybe you can get a discount if you're totally honest about it. Just maybe you have unique skills that they're also looking for, and you could make something really great together.

Just don't be discouraged when the thing you poured your soul into gets pirated, and resellers on ι—²ι±Ό tell you it's only worth 73 cents.

I used to be here all the time when I was younger, but now that I became adult and making some good money, I understand why you guys (amongst others ofc) deserve every penny! I have jade, Balkan, afflatus, choirs and yesterday bought jade evolutions for the cheap pre order price of €150 β€” y’all should check intro pricing out! ;)

To the OP, where is the respect towards the content creator to at least get SOME days to sell its legitimate product? Iirc this was normal in the scene back in days :/
Strezov is held in high regards and ain’t nobody here dying if y’all delay it at least 1-2 days before sharing. 80% here are bummy amateurs anyway and don’t even have a real need for it. I remember going from 40k+ usd cracked worth on my mbp to going 50k+ eur legit set up, it’s what you should strive for if you see yourself as a real producer. I would like to take this opportunity to lower the bad feeling about piracy.

You can't compare a sample library with a movie, where revenue is really lost.
Likewise, I would like to defuse the term pirated, a little with extended test version.
I don't think you'll really lose money because of this, on the contrary, more people will learn to use these products and new potential customers will emerge.

You have to differentiate, most (extended test version users) here are hunters and collectors and are struck by the sheer oversupply and will, with the exception of a few tracks in a song, hardly get anything done with it.

The next, smaller group, which works more selectively, more focused and more ambitious (still hobbyist) will possibly bring beautiful results to light. However, still without profit. These may be the ones who you previously encouraged to approach the manufacturer.

For sure there will be some professional black sheep who make money without conscience, but I believe that if someone really creates soulful, sophisticated music, he also has the necessary integrity and morality to then acquire the product when success and financial income show. At least from my perspective it would look like that. Don't mess up your carma! ;)

Please do not be discouraged and continue to create such wonderful products.

Instead of spitting hatred, anger he adresses the community with compassion and understanding.
Its totally understandable if his work gets treated as such....
But he gives us hope.
To Seth Tsui I would like to say as much as we all want to have everything for free all the serious musicians out here are surely going to appreciate the product. Barring a few black sheep all those who intend to use it in their compositions surely won't deprive you of your deserved returns on your product.
As for myself I being very new to digital music production at present is in no way able to afford many products. But still I have the honesty, sincerity and every intention to pay for everything which I be able to use to earn money.
I bet all the real musicians out there will echo my sentiments over and over.
So don't lose heart...
Strezov Sampling has not lost anything here. It just earned more respect amongst the community.
As for many of your products there is no doubt that they are second to none.
So please keep making such wonderful sample libraries

Such a versatile library. It's good for everything from scoring film and games, to creating unique beats in any genre (provided you dig a classical chinese vibe). I think I'll cop this one. Big thanks Talula for letting us check it out
