Fire Strings will ignite your creativity with 6GB of custom recorded sounds inside an extremely powerful engine powered by Native instruments Kontakt sampler.

Fire Strings is a hybrid, scoring and music production tool for cinematic composers and producers. The library consists of a highly curated collection of cinematic sounds created from recordings of electric violin and guitars recorded through high end analog signal paths (Neve, API, Universal Audio, Manley) and put through extensive sound design processes by a team of sound designers.

Over 140 sounds including sustains, textures and grooves are included.

Each sequencer has advanced controls which allow you to change the speed, number of steps, direction, offset, fade-in, nudge and loop individually per sequencer. Each sequencer also has copy/paste functions, randomisation and built-in presets.

Fire Strings is an incredibly advanced instrument for Kontakt. Combine two sound sources and rhythmically swap between each sound or create rich evolving soundscapes with gradual modulation. There are also presets per sequencer so you can quickly select pre-built tools to add rhythm and variation instantly.

The 11 effects per sound can be controlled randomly or in positive or negative directions at the press of a button. The amount of control here is unprecedented and opens up a vast world of sound design capabilities.

An additional 8 global send and insert effects allow for even further sound manipulating possibilities.

The library content is broken down into three main categories:

Tonal - This section of the library contains electric violin sustains and textures both of a traditional and extended nature. We dug very deep to push well beyond common technique. Here you’ll find everything from standard sustains and tremolos to the extremely jarring spectral scrubs, harmonics, trills, wild microtonal bends and vibrato.

Risers - Risers offers a collection of long, tension building glissandos played with a variety of bowing and fingering techniques, perfect for developing climaxes.

Rhythmic - The rhythmic content consists of dozens of tonal, tempo-synced electric guitar grooves that serve as the perfect starting point for a cue. All grooves are mapped across several octaves and are freely transposable.

Anyone know if this is going to ask to be activated or will it go ahead and run.
I have legit Kontakt and some libraries need no activation and work. while some won't . Just saves d'l'ing a big file only to find I can't use. Thanks

This will be fine for ya. Any library that requires the full version (not player) of Kontakt is good to go in a legit version. No activation required cause they can't be added to the library tab.

Sorry, I meant authorization if that makes a difference, Thanks :)

There's a thread in the forum about all this. Like if the instrument has NKM files, its needs authorization but if they're NKI files, they'll load up fine. Or that they have a license agreement with NI or something. I don't know exactly but that's kind of the gist of it. All I know is that sometimes a library from here wants to be authorized then I can't use it. So into the trash it goes for me.

The instrument does not have the * nicnt file. The options are: either build nicnt and wallpaper, or load it through Kontakt's Quick Load. Here works perfectly via Quick Load of the Kontakt 5.7.1

Thanks.
So you're saying even if a kontakt instrument asks for authorization, you can get around that by putting the instruments into quick load and those instruments will open?

If so, that's an awfully simple way to circumvent a company's copy protection! ;)

Turns out this thing loads no issue. I can't believe I didn't listen to the demo on this one. I always do. Very strange that. I wouldn't have d/l'd it, lol.
