Mods, what happened with the "Integral has been demoted to Residents and prohibited to post freewares on the main page." decision made here?

That's his 3rd FREE post on the main page since March 28.

Now I'm asking, what's all the problem here? Do you have a personal problem with integral?

If he always has been allowed to post why is he doing so just now? There have been a lot of free goodies around to post since Integral was demoted to Resident. Besides, SAiNT wrote "main page", and I'm pretty sure that if he meant something else he would have written so. After all, this website is his creation and I think he knows it.
Anyway, people voted that they don't want to see Integral's posts, and SAiNT has all the rights to do as he likes since this is his website, but if I read "main page" I don't see "fresh section" or "anything that is not archive".
On top of that, what might have been a decisive factor was the vote manipulation, and before you call it on people like me who just downvote Integral's posts whenever I feel it's appropriate, I think I do have a right to downvote a post I don't like based on the person who posted it, after all it's just my preference and as far as I'm concerned if that is a problem then everybody's vote should be, because I'm not abusing the system in any way by creating several accounts (unlike somebody else, who got at least 5)
