All of the sounds on this download have been infinity looped and maximized for the best sound quality possible and are neatly organised into categories like Pads and leads, basses and FX. The perfect sounds for electronic and new age music, dance and trance, techno and pop.

Most of the sounds are available in 3 different sizes to fit your memory needs. Volume 1 features sounds from the Roland Jupiter 8, Roland MKS 70, Planet S, Oberheim Xpander, Studio Electronics SE 1, Roland Juno 106, Oscar, Deep Base Nine, Moog Prodigy, Yamaha CS 15, Teisco 60F, Mellotron and more.



Vintage Voltage 1 features Pad Sounds, Synth Basses, Synth Leads, Hooklines, SQ-Sounds, Sweeps and Special FX. In this Akai-Version the Sounds come in 3 different sizes (Small, Medium & Large) to suit your memory requirements. For software samplers we recommed you use LARGE to get the best quality possible!

Due to the way Akai Sample CD-ROMs are formatted they cannot be zipped or compressed. Therefore, unlike our other products, you cannot simply unzip this download then use the samples.



However, it's not all bad news as the manufacturer (MasterBits) has provided an ISO format file which you can download then use to create an Akai CD-ROM. Simply download this ISO format file then load it into your CD-writing software. You will then be able to burn the content onto a CD so it will be ready for use with your software or hardware sampler.



We realise this situation may not be ideal. However, there is simply no other way to download Akai format Sample CD-ROMs and as one of the world's largest Sample Pack sites, we feel it's important to cater for all producer's requirements.



For PC users we have included ImGBurn, which is a free software application that will allow you to create the Akai CD-ROM. However, this ISO format download can also be used with compatible software on Mac and Linux OS. You must own a CD-writer to use this download.
