Classic Clavichord: Mauro Pacella (KONTAKT)

Important note: this is actually a Harpsichord, not a clavichord. I tried it a few years ago when desperately looking for a clavichord, only to be dissapointed As to how good of a harpsi it is, I don't really remember, sorry about that.
Mauro Pacella is from Argentina IIRC, and the spanish words for harpsichord ("clavecín", "clave" or "clavicémbalo") and clavichord ("clavicordio") are quite similar and often confused.
On the positive side you can find here the Wavelore Clavichord for Kontakt which is really, really good; and for harpsichords you can download two FREE great sampled instruments (one french, one italian) from http://sonimusicae.free.fr/ for Kontakt and Hauptwerk.
If you are a Pianoteq 5 user you can download their KIViR collection for free. It includes an excellent clavichord and two excellent harpsichords, the italian one is especially delicious. Highly recommended. Those are the only ones I use since I got Pianoteq.
