Screw DJ Mustard. I saw him open up for Skrillex. There was not a single transition that he did while up on stage. Pretty sure he was playing songs off his Itunes. He would just yell something like "Yo, this is my new song with...."

imo it's all about how you look at it.
of course quincy jones was more a musical genius than dj mustard, but.. yes.. i dare say it, BUT.. getting multiple hit singles with an average of 4 sounds TOTAL is also worth respecting because sometimes it's very difficult to make something so simple and catchy. but of course one must also not expect 'mozart-esque' stuff from a trappy/urban/pop producer and vice versa. i respect all people who are good at 'doing their thing'.
