Synth Palace Patch Play Complete Bundle MULTiFORMAT-FANTASTiC screenshot
FANTASTiC | 13 June 2025 | 2.29 GB
WHAT ARE MULTI KEYS
"Multi Keys" are presets for the Pigments VST Plugin that use different samples for different keys, so every note sounds rich and natural. Instead of stretching one sound across the whole keyboard, we record multiple variations of the same patch and map them to specific keys. This gives you higher quality and more realistic results when playing.

75 PRESETS
created with a variety of analog synths including the Prophet 5, Moog One, Voyager, Udo Super 6, ARTURIA POLYBRUTE 12 and more

50 PRESETS
created with a SELECTION of MODULAR AND UNIQUE synths including the MOOG MATRIARCH, GRANDMOTHER, SUPER GEMINI, RHODES CHROMA AND MORE

75 PRESETS
created with a variety of CLASSIC VINTAGE synths including the MINI MOOG, OBERHEIM OBX8, JUPITER 8, JUNO 60, YAMAHA CS-60 AND MORE

50 PRESETS
created with a variety of DIGITAL synths including the YAMAHA DX7, JUNO 60, ARTURIA MICROFREAK and more

ALSO INCLUDED WITH PATCH PLAY

The "Circuit Scripts" Phrase Kit
The backbone of all our sound kits, utilise these phrases to bulk up your melodies or even to create whole new ones. Inside this folder is a combination of extreme pedal phrases and smooth synth sounds.

The "TONE ARCHIVE" ONE SHOT Kit
While making the Multi Keys for Patch Play we ended up with literally thousands of synth one shots. So we picked our favourites and created this folder so producers without the software can still enjoy these sounds. You've got Bass, Leads, Pads, Plucks, Keys and more, literally every type of Synth sound you could want.

The "SIGNAL FLOW" MELODY LAYER Kit
Quickly create dynamic and industry standard melodies with this tool kit included with Patch Play. These were created exclusively using real analog synths and effect pedals worth over $100,000

The "XY MATRIX" TEXTURE Kit
The icing on the cake, textures. Drag and drop these over your melodies to add instant personality and character for any vibe. From glitchy pedal madness to filters and oscillators whirring back and forth. Either way you're good to go with these texture files.

Firstly, many thanks for the upload, Fantastic :)

Just checking in case anyone else is also experiencing the following issue when unpacking here:
It appears the 3rd .rar may be corrupted on both RG and Kat links?
The downloads complete and I unrar (I'm using Keka), but when trying to 'play' the .wavs in finder there is no preview. Attempting to then open .wavs in ReCycle then prompts "Couldn't load file... The file is in an unknown format or corrupt."

I've redownloaded from both Kat and RG several times to no avail :/

Same issue here, what’s worse is that all the analog banks don’t work either. So basically the whole pack isn’t usable besides the midi’s provided. I’m surprised to say but I’m shocked this 6 gb kit isn’t usable, especially the analog presets. Still grateful it’s here to… β€œtry”

Edit: hold on, the ones with the error reviews (including me) are Mac users, and the one that doesn’t have errors is just one windows user… is this pack secretly meant to be unpacked on windows?

Spotted that Mac/Windows fact too. I just tried to unpack using WinRar in Parallels and sadly still no dice :(

in terminal, install homebrew if not already installed :
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"

then add homebrew to your shell:
echo 'eval "$(/opt/homebrew/bin/brew shellenv)"' >> ~/.zprofile
eval "$(/opt/homebrew/bin/brew shellenv)"

install FFmpeg:
brew install ffmpeg

Navigate to your sample folder :
cd "path/to/sample/folder"

Create a folder for converted files:
mkdir -p converted

Batch convert Wavs including subfolders:
find . -type f -name "*.wav" | while read f; do
mkdir -p "converted/$(dirname "$f")"
ffmpeg -i "$f" -acodec pcm_s16le "converted/${f%.*}.wav"
done

You’ll now have a converted/ folder inside the sample pack folder with all WAVs re-encoded to 16-bit PCM.

Thanks for the tip here! I do already have homebrew installed so I'll try and follow the steps you have kindly outlined above. However, after the "Install FFmpeg" prompt I'm a little shaky as the proceeding steps appear to go a little over my head in terms of what to type exactly. Guess it's time for me to dig in and do some research here. Wish me luck!

copy everything i posted to chatgpt, and ask it to help you. if you provide the path to your sample folder (right click on the folder, press option and it will show "copy as path name"), chatgpt can give you the entire terminal command.

It then just does everything. Creates the "converted" folder within the synth palace folder, and converts everything, keeping the folder hierarchy and file names.

Note, the converted files DO work with the pigments and analog lab presets. Once the samples are converted, remove the folders from the "converted" folder, and recreate the folder hierarchy of the original Patch Play folder.

Quick heads up for everyone. The analog banks are really a waste of space to even install. The presets don't sound much different from each folder that Synth Palace provides. Also Ive noticed the banks are RECYCLED from the previous releases. I was getting curious & trying out the other Synth Palace banks Ive downloaded here on audioz & was surprised at how these types of companies sucker in the people that actually purchase them. Just a lot of filler sounds & deception by Synth Palace. The samples, phrases & pedal phrases are nice to have but again I would say 30 percent of those are just renamed & recycled. Last point I would like to make is that Banks that are Mulit Keys can deliver unpredictable results & may not be something easy to produce around due to the nature of the sounds they produce. Sure the tutorials make it seem easy on their youtube page but you really have to have a strong goal & picture in your mind while producing or else multi key banks can get tedious very fast to work with. So who would I recommend this release for? Well the ones that don't have previous releases but I still recommend only installing just one of the Analog banks. Trust me You are not losing out by only installing one lol. Thank You Fantastic for the upload. It's great feeling to download releases and to really know what we are getting in-case we DO decide to purchase. I personally will never support Synth Palace.
EDITED: Forgot to mention that the Pigment version of the banks are included as well which allow editing of the Multikeys but again You will be editing endlessly to get the sound you want. Which means more clicking & fiddling of knobs and potentially distrupting workflow when your in the zone. I personally didn't install them.

Im pretty sure the Analog Lab banks USE the samples from the different folders, which is why they sound the same.

As for the use of Multi keys, yeah, thats kind of the whole point. They add randomness and textural layers. You could create an entire beat around them, use them for resampling etc, or you can use them as a crazy fast 16/32 arp layer, or a textural and evolving chord / pad layer. I find them a lot of fun to work with.

Regarding these sample creators re-using content, yes, 100%. Many sample houses, and even plugin dev's use ridiculous marketing and fomo to sell their products. I still find this release useful.
