ITS NOT JUST A PHASE MOM...
BROSTEP. REINVENTED.
The Revival has Begun.
We’re not just dropping a Sample Pack—we’re leading a Movement.
Brostep didn’t die. It just needed someone to bring it back with Better sound design, Modern FX Processing and of course easy access in Serum and your DAW

That’s where this pack comes in.
BROSTEP VOL 1 is your ticket to the Resurrection of one of the most iconic EDM subgenres.
Over 580 sounds. 150 Serum Presets. Unapologetically Loud. Ridiculously Fun.

We’re not just bringing Brostep back—we’re saving it.

MADE FOR THE MODERN DUBSTEP PRODUCER

Every sound in BROSTEP was designed with today’s Dubstep Producer in mind—producers who crave Nostalgia with Power, but demand Modern Quality and Flexibility. Whether you’re crafting Tearout, Riddim, or Experimental Bass Hybrids, this pack gives you the tools to stay competitive in 2025’s sound design arms race.

From punchy, Mix-ready drums to surgically crafted bass shots, glitchy vocal chops, and Serum presets that bend reality, this isn’t just a throwback—it’s a future-proof arsenal for producers who know how to go heavy and stay fresh.

150 SERUM PRESETS

BROSTEP was crafted in Serum 1 to hit hard right out of the box. But we’re not stopping there—we’re already upgrading every preset to take full advantage of Serum 2’s new features.

Buy now and get the Serum 2 version FREE the moment it drops.

No extra cost. No fluff. Just more control, more character, and even more chaos.

We’re taking the same approach as Steve Duda—offering a free Serum 2 upgrade to all Brostep Purchasers. Why?
Because that’s how you support the culture. This pack hits now—and it’s only getting nastier.

Future-proof your sound. The next wave is coming.

All Killer No Filler

With 580 total sounds, BROSTEP is your weapon of choice in the battle to save the most chaotic, filthy genre we all secretly (or not-so-secretly) LOVE.

🎯 249 Drums – Killer Kicks. Snappy snares. Crispy tops. Drum loops and one-shots engineered for Drag & Drop in your DAW

🌪️ 70 FX – Downlifters, Risers, Reverb Swells, and Cinematic Sub Drops that’ll make your drop hit like it’s 2014—and that’s a good thing.

🌀 81 Loops – Arps, Melodies, Basslines, and Vocal Chops—perfectly created for your next dubstep banger.

💣 180 One Shots – Bass and synth hits that will blow you away. From Elephants to Yoinks to ZomBasses, this is where we really went crazy with the sound design.

🧬 150 Bass Shots – Glitch Growls, Reeses, Riddim Thumps, Gunshot Basses, Skrill-style hits, and the kind of distortion that makes your mom ask if your KRKs are broken.

🎹 30 Synth Shots – Chords, Stabs, and our personal favorite: Try It Out Lasers (trust 😈).

I don't know if it's an old or new pack, but I can't believe there are still people who believe that brostep is a musical genre.

In the bass music scene, it is making a big comeback. There is a lot of hype around the mixtape album Skrillex just released celebrating finishing his contract with Atlantic. He did an epic show at Ultra and just announced a 5 hour set at Red Rocks. I always thought the term "brostep" was a bit cringe, but its definitely a term that is embraced by the dubstep scene. This is a new XLNT pack and they have their finger on the pulse more than anyone.

It is, it's a subgenre of dubstep, cause it is technically dubstep but doesn't sound like dubstep before, also doesn't sound like new school UK dubstep, doesn't sounds like riddim or tearout, doesn't sounds like chillstep. Each are subgenre of dubstep that doesn't sounds like each other, the same way jump up drum'n'bass doesn't sound like liquid dnb but still share the same rythme base. That's how genre are made.

And the there's never been another term for brostep, so it became a genre (same way future house or fidget house before that were just joke name but ended naming the genre)

edit : btw the pack is just a few weeks old (came out at the same time as Serum 2 I think)

brostep is very much a sub-genre of dubstep / bass music.
