Pontos is the third installment in a the “Water Gods Trilogy” for Falcon 3, with Thalassa being the first and Tethys the second installment. This trilogy is a serie of true hybrid libraries with an ambient, evocative and spiritual character.

Pontos explores a world of experimental, otherworldly, ambient and fun and daring sounds. This library is created from recordings from a lyre, bassoon, alto flute, textural soundsources and voice recordings and is combined with all synthesis options included in Falcon 3, making this a true hybrid library.

I was going to buy this library yesterday and share it with you.
But first I wanted to listen to the individual presets.
But ok, there's something new on the UVI site that I'll have a look at today.
I wasn't sure about this either.
To buy or not to buy.
I need to take a closer look and listen to it again.

How is this installed? Do I have to have the initial that hosts the Water Gods or the other 2?

There should be a readme file in the archive, but there isn't. It explains how to "install", or rather position the files. It would be a great help if someone could explain that, if they know.

Open Falcon and go to the column on the right. Expand "Devices" and navigate to the folder with the "Pontos" Falcon library. Right click and "add to favorite places" Under "Places" expand the Pontos dropdown to "01_presets", pick your preset and enjoy.

On the right side of the main window in Falcon you have a window with the contents of the main Falcon folder. There are three subfolders Devices, Places and Soundbanks. In the Places subfolder you have three subfolders Desktop, Documents and Music. I decided to copy the Pontos folder to Music. The Music folder is linked to your account and is located on the C: drive or another drive on which Windows is installed. In your subaccount, in addition to the Music folder, there are also the Documents, Downloads folders..... When you have copied the Pontos folder (with all its subfolders), start Falcon in the right window of the main window, click on the three horizontal dashes (located in the upper left corner of the window). A drop-down menu will open showing the Places subfolder (marked in blue) with its subfolders. One of them is Music. Click on it and its contents will be displayed. In it you will find the Pontos folder with the corresponding folders. For example, click on 01_Presets, then Basic, then on one of the folders that will be displayed. Double click on one of the files and you will start the sound sample, and in the left window you will get buttons for different settings. Good luck. I hope I helped at least someone.
