I recommend starting with the IR mixes in the quick start folder. For the Choptones IR packs, where there is a demo video, these mixes are always used. Choptones also has some bass IR packs like the Ampeg SVT410 (called Gampe) and they have some nice 4x12 cabinets, such as Engl, Zila, Revv, Orange, Marshall MF4.
