Wow, MERRY CHRISTMAS! Thank goodness I'm using All Debrid and have an unlimited data plan this month!

I'm moving into Ableton so seeing all the Ableton projects in there as it's downloading has me thinking it'll literally be Christmas morning and I'll be unpacking this gift. Thank you very much.

I'm interested in seeing what the mp4 videos will bring. TBH, if the pack was split with the Ableton projects in one and the videos in another I would have probably passed on the videos unless some kind of demo was provided. But since I absolutely want the Ableton projects I'm willing to download the whole thing and then mine the videos for gold.

UPDATE: I have been able to download and extract the entire bundle into the advertised contents. The pack is 64 rars that extract into 99 .zip files. While the extraction process was not smooth, with WinRAR crashing twice during the .rar unpacking and once during the .zip unpacking, I just restarted the process and said "No to All" regarding rewriting the already-unpacked files and was eventually able to extract the entire package into 62.2 GB.

I use both WinRAR and 7zip, I just happened to start with WinRAR and stuck with it. 7zip may extract the rars in one go and the zips on another. Realize that if WinRAR crashes you can just restart and pick up where you were, even if it takes a couple of times. It is worth it.

The Ableton Live Project zips are 12.0 GB and was the main reason I wanted to download this pack. While I've already downloaded them, I could see a reason for someone to post just the 12.0 GB of zips and allow others to not have to download the 46.6 GB of 150 tutorial mp4s. Likewise, the tutorial mp4s would make for a good separate post of their own.

The "Sample Packs" folder name is misleading, there's only one sample pack in there. But at 3.57 GB it's larger than most sample packs, it's just dwarfed by the other massive components. There's plenty of Presets along with the Samples.

But there are literally thousands of samples, loops, and stems in the Ableton Live Project zips. Case in point, I extracted 3_Drum_Rack_Method_Project.zip into 271 MB and it includes 1,076 sample wav files. I also extracted IsYouIs_Final_Stems_Project.zip into 729 MB which includes 11 stem wavs that are 4:20 long. There's 150 of these zips so there's a whole lot more samples in this bundle than those in the 3.57 GB sample pack folder.

I'm making the transition into Ableton, so the templates are a great way for me to skip to the chase on certain techniques and see how other producers are using this DAW. Plus I'm sure there's gonna be some sounds in there that I'll wanna use in future tracks. It will be interesting to see if I ever come back to the 46.6 GB of videos, but I'm glad to have them in my archive.

If you are not concerned about bandwidth or storage space and have any kind of sound archive you'll want this bundle. It can definitely be downloaded and extracted into the expected content, you just might need to restart the extraction process a few times.

Thank you very much for posting this and I gotta tip my hat to Producer's Dojo and ill.Gates for putting together a package such as this.

Wow, this is huge. Thanks so much.

I remember watching an ill.gates lecture on youtube way back in 2011 or something. It was the first "producer" vid i came across that really spoke to me

I don't use Ableton but i'll probably check this out anyway for the more conceptual/philosophical vids

Downloaded in 2 weeks. First extraction went swimmingly. Zip files inside took 2 times to extract. First time it stops at 50% the second a little later.
So far enjoying the candies. These lessons will take from 6-12 months I presume. First videos have 720p quality, later better but the things he say is so simple yet genius.
For the last couple months wanted to find a structured lessons like this and here it is)
There's PML courses. They show how instruments work from 0 to mastering phase but they don't teach you what the producer thinks while making those techno, house, tech house tracks. Lately found myself hoarding bunch of plugins but the music is not being written. illGates approach is what I like. You don't need 3rd party plugins first year at all. Ableton\Cubase\Fl\protools have more than enough built in plugins which I agree after 3-4 months of plugin hunt)
