On the Sound Ideas website they have a page where they list some sounds that are not included in the digital download versions of the libraries they sell, this is likely due to them not having the license anymore, but they also list what individuals/companies you need to contact in order to use the restricted sounds in your productions. This seems to be the case with Digiffects, as some sounds from the libraries are not included in the digital download version of the "Digiffects Complete Collection on Hard Drive".
