This sample collection is not copyright free, so you cannot use it in your own work that you plan to release. However, the sound quality is excellent, and I'd think it is a very helpful reference-sample-collection even if you compose and produce your own music from scratch.

Just FYI: Many of BBL libraries are not royalty free. They are a group of sample diggers.
They create these packs and some royalty free as well as a paid service for those that need it. So expect to see a lot of NON royalty free packs from them but they are all quality packs.
