The Allegro Corporation presents its Rude & Crude Sound Effects disc as a Halloween-themed collection (there's a jack-o-lantern on the cover, and the back of the disc states "File Under: Halloween"), but the tracks really seem to be culled from all over the map.

Horror-themed cuts like "Axe Chops - Various," "Crunching Heads," and "Flesh Squishing & Eating" are actually in the minority here, with most of the disc featuring more "bathroom humor"-related items like "Baby Farts in the Bath," "Snot Gargler," and "Toilet Plunger." Then, there are oddball tracks like "Marv Albert Bite" and "Midget Mating Call," which just seem to be thrown into the mix for the hell of it. As the tracks are presented in alphabetical order, the disc is not very useful as a Halloween soundtrack. It's really more of an archive of sound effects for an aspiring John Waters or a tech-savvy funhouse operator.
