The user presets are not stored as individial files but rather, in a database. There seems to be no direct way to open these presets. They have FL Studio icons and are .fst file type. I bet you probably use FL Studio somehow to load them in, then you can probably save them in Shaperbox, that way. Untested, but this seems like how it is intended to go. I won't be bothering but information for others is good - at least to try, anyway. Best of luck if you do.
