hi, goregadget, why it does compare to omnisphere ? you have 500 mb good sounds and omnisphere is about how GB BIG ? 40..50 GB ? you can't compare to nordstage kontakt ..

And again a confusing name. Why is it called Nord Stage if it's a Nord Wave sample library? Nord Wave can't load any samples from the Nord Piano library and the Nord Stage can't load any samples from the Nord Wave sample library. So are there Nord STAGE samples in it or are there only Nord WAVE samples integrated? If so, then it has nothing to do with the Nord Stage!

It don't work on my Mac, I get an error This Patch is corrupt and cannot be loaded.
Does anyone know what is error might mean please?
I am using Kontakt 3 and thought that maybe these patches are only for Kontakt 4.

A sound library cannot be judged by its size. The symphobia strings that I use are about 72 MB of RAM and 300 MB in total.

GoreGadget, ok ok, but omnisphere (omni = all) has a lot of others synthesis-form and not only samples...i don't know symphonia..i own zebra 2.5 and it sounds great, no, it sounds ----------supercalifragilisticospiralitoso--------------hhmm..sorry, for my bad english

Yeah, see that's the thing. If it's good sounds without you having to meddle with them, then that's a plus (in my books). I am testing this library as I write this, and it seems quite regular actually. It's like anything else; you could likely get the same kind of sound out of any native plugins in your DAW of choice (in my case, I can just whip out Morphine or Toxic Biohazard) with more automation functionality. In this case, you will need to assign each knob individually through Kontakt and browse for that parameter you want to autmomate (which can be frustrating). The thing is that they are very easy to use, and the setup is simple. I could see this library, however, being a good last-resort for users not wishing to use the native plugins or who not familiar with them. Otherwise, I don't see myself using this at all to be honest. Just my two cents .
