First off, why in the world did they feel the need to split up the kicks and 808 into loud and normalized versions? That was pointless to do because anyone with a daw as basic as Audacity and a third of a brain can turn a sample up… They’re probably just bloating the numbers. I will be using the normalized versions for this review, of course.

808s - The 808s are actually pretty good. I liked 9 of them enough to keep in my library. Both of the hype beast 808s are more or less the same, however, and the Island 808 is just a pitched up variant of those.

Claps - The claps in here are honestly really good to me. I don’t want to call them generic… more like familiar. They have just enough variation to make them unique. I’m keeping all the claps except the ones that have reduxes, and I kept the reduxes instead.

Crashes - The crashes aren’t really all that usable… I do like the La Uzi and the Lowkey crashes because of the effects and added sounds though.

FX - Only sound in the effects sections was the Brown Boy impact, as it would make a great added layer to a kick.

Closed Hats - There’s actually somehow some pretty cool hats. In a trap pack. Cool hats in a trap pack???? How? Some aren’t too practical but others hat similar characteristics of the claps - Familiar.

Kicks - The kicks have a lot of room for improvement… the only practical kick I like wa the Hollow Point kick. I like the blast doors kick too, but it’s not as practical. I also like the U Good kick, but it’s a little soft for practical use.

Open Hats - There are some okay opens in here… i like the brash and the dimensions but otherwise…Eh…

Percs - Percs are pretty okay but the bunger perc is goated. The Expensive perc sound like an old MJ snare (in a good way). The others kinda suck tho…

Rims - The location rim and the slapper rim are both goated. New uzi redux and vetement snaps are nice.

Snares - The snares are hit or miss. Also for some reasons there’s hats in the snare section? What is up with these niggas mixin the sounds up?

Voxes - not it.

3 / 5

All in all, couldve been better but there’s some pretty worthwhile stuff if you take a chance. Shout out to Fantastic.
