Look for your Directory where you installed Omnisphere, then go into STEAM\Omnisphere\Settings Library\Patches drop in the "soundMajorz Black Mirror Soundbank FREE" folder :) For Example for me its:

F:\Program Files\Image-Line\Fl Studio 11(or FL20 whatever)\Plugins\VST\Omnisphere 2\STEAM\Omnisphere\Settings Library\Patches
