Couldn't agree more, Cream 2, Purple, and Silver set would be the perfect finishing touches for the AA stuff. Unfortunately, something has oviously gone awry with R2R and Acustica plugs. There's little doubt they would have caught up the Mac users with Jam and Aero, and I think there was one or two others that haven't done for Mac and this is why it's obvious R2R can't post more Acustica plugs right now. Acustica has done something to prevent R2R and this is the only thing that makes any sense. If R2r was simply taking a break, they would have gone on and caught up the Mac users and they haven't, they simply stopped on a dime without Mac users being up to date, this means, imo, R2R simply can't make any more Acustica posts because something has happened to prevent them. No way they would leave Mac users down a few librarues if this were just them taking an intentional break. Acustica has probably struck back in some way and R2r is figuring a way through some new Acustica strategy. We may be in for a long wait, we may never get anymore, and if so, that's fine, we already got more than enough to work with no matter what.

Since when did R2r started making Mac users priority? I believe they've said many times they're not focusing on Mac anymore? Acustica is shit anyways, I bought all their plugins and have started removing them from my system. Sizes are too big for what they do and they can just stop working and you'll get zero support from them.

Who said they prioritized Mac? They had already been posting a few windows, then a few Macs until they were caught up. THEN, they would post more Win sets, then catch up Mac users agaibn, This is not rocket science.

As for Acutica plugs, I have never had any problems with them and the sound is obviously closer to real analog gear than any other algo plugs and it isn't even close. If your ears can't hear that obvious fact, then simply use your algo stuff. Maybe your ears, once more experienced, will be able to hear what analog sounds like.

You are probably never ABX blind test Acustica vs some excellent algo plugins (Pulsar for example). And probably newer touch a real analog hardware devices. Preach, son, preach!

I remember the old days when we used to see the Witches posting Acustica libraries, Acustica must have done something to put a stop to them and we may never see any more. Sad times. But thanks to the witches, we got a bunch of great stuff. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the Witches!!!!

"bunch of great stuff" is not the right description of what you guys have.
AA put out a infinite beta-test products. Me personally, fed up by this. Now you think you nail your sound, and the next days i start to notice strange echo on transients. Then you Google search and find "Acustica echo-bug", then same thing with "ripple, wobble & chirp", then you can hear transients smearing. And on the next day - you touch nothing and Nebula (just for example. All AA plugins is basically Nebula under the GUI) do not load anymore, showing you black GUI skin and crashing DAW.
E-nough!

Sorry, but the overall sound is so much better than alo plugs it isn't even funny. Algo plugs are fake, plastic sounding emulations. TimP La2a is so much better than any also la2a it isn't even close. Go listen to the comparisons on YT of the TimP comps compared irectly to the hardware, they are so close it is beyond amazing.
Here you go, and there are plenty more. If you can't hear that teTimP is ridiculously close to the real unit, then you simply need new ears.
