I own this plugin... Once I purchased Kirchoff EQ I have never used the Massenburg EQ again. I asked the devs to implement certain things in the EQ and they still didn't. DOn't use it any more.

It's my favourite UAD EQ for shaping. The UAD Neve EQs are also really nice.
