REQ: Dusty Devices Needle

Absolutely phenomenal device by this finnish company... Seen their brilliant phaser device over here, but I can't seem to find their vinyl simulation product called "Needle".

I'm not sure if this is available as a VST or not, anybody got a lead on this? Thanks!
