A world in every patch
This limited edition Drama Toolkit collection features three stunning libraries — British Drama Toolkit, Contemporary Drama Toolkit and the all-new British Drama Toolkit: Brass & Reeds. Made in collaboration with award-winning TV and film composer, Samuel Sim, unique to this series is our velocity-led layers technology, instantly sparking inspiration on first play and enabling you to finish a whole cue within a single patch, with a full spectrum of emotion.

For anyone looking to embrace an alternative approach to scoring, this sophisticated series of toolkits offers instant creative freedom. Designed for two-handed playing, it intuitively matches the intensity at which your fingers hit the keyboard by selecting from different velocity layers of recordings – layering textural beds with characterful, emotive lead lines. Everything from whispered textures and bold melodies blossom from the simplest variance in playing — unlocking a world of sound in every patch.

British Drama Toolkit: Brass and Reeds
Immerse yourself in a new world of brass and reeds — a stunning sound palette of 99 patches, brought to life with our unique and intuitive Layers technology. Instantly sparking inspiration on first play, it offers the scope to finish a whole cue within a single patch. Made in collaboration with award-winning composer Samuel Sim, intricately workshopped techniques from a range of solo brass and woodwind instruments are presented in various combinations, each offering a full spectrum of emotion and expression.

For anyone looking to embrace an alternative approach to scoring, this sophisticated toolkit offers instant creative freedom.

British Drama Toolkit
The critically acclaimed British Drama Toolkit provides an instinctive yet intense connection to the heart of your composition. Created in collaboration with composer Samuel Sim, it features an ensemble dedicated to the emotionally potent sound he is lauded for — but also presents a unique way of interacting with the players, which sets this instrument apart from anything we have created to date.

For anyone looking to embrace an alternative approach to scoring, this NKS library toolkit gives you full creative freedom without the barrier of technology — allowing you to simply respond to the scene in front of you. We can’t write your music for you, but we can help you find your voice.

Contemporary Drama Toolkit
Contemporary Drama Toolkit is a broadcast-ready sound set, expertly curated and produced by award-winning composer Samuel Sim and our team of composers, to help you score to picture without the theory — without compromising on emotion. Across 72 individual instrument patches and 44 combinations, expression is baked into each sound, leaving you to focus on your music instead of software menus.

Originating in a masterful blending of its source material — mellow, chorus tones of a Juno 6, iconic MS–20 textures, vocalisations, and inspiring lead lines performed on guitar, electric cello, and electric violin — all processed via an enviable collection of analog effects, vintage pedals, and Eurorack modules. Everything from whispered textures and bold melodies blossom from the simplest variance in playing, unlocking a world of sound in every patch.

Correct Homer,
We already have 2 of the 3 and the new one is NOT for Kontakt, it's for Spitfire's Own (Not Very Good) Sample player (just like the new Albion) and Hasn't Been Cracked Yet.
So the first request should be for a Cracked Version Of Spitfires Sample Player, before requesting libraries that nobody will be able to use
The other problem is that Spitfires Sample Player isn't actually as good as Kontakt. I've tried a few libraries and read reviews in music magazines of libraries and they all say the same thing, its cant handle samples as well as Kontakt. If you play fast, the engine cannot keep up and you get dropouts, plus there are many other problems with it.
It looks great, but under the hood, it is not a good program (yet).
So it's a pity that Spitfire has sacrificed the playability of its new libraries, just in case they get pirated in Kontakt (as many don't get pirated and many still get bought) and their reputation is going to go down if people can't play their libraries well.
