I've always thought Speakerphone was very interesting but haven't used it much lately. It is a great plugin though.

Also, that vid is 11 years old. This is a little more recent. (4 years)

Would be great if the program was available as an "unlimited" trial version soon. I don't believe in it though. Other programs from Audio Ease have not been released yet either. And the last version of Altiverb XL is also years old. (Still using it. )

Would like to know if there are technical reasons why no cracks appear. Or if there is simply no interest from the groups?

Either way, I've waited years for Steinberg products. I have patience.
