REQ: Effect Grid (VST "nesting" plugin)

Effect Grid is a special VST plugin that works as a "nest" for other plugins, similar to Superplugin from DDMF.

Effect Grid is split into 3x3 grid, where on horizontal scale you chose frequency split (3 separate columns), and vertical split where you chose gain ranges (3 separate rows for each column). Each of those 9 blocks can load up to 3 VST plugins.

Uniqueness of this plugin is that it can split not only frequency, but even gain ranges for each of those 9 blocks!
