This solution seems like it might work better than the one I used to use and still do from time to time with usually pretty low success (Intelliscore Ensemble) but that depends on the complexity of the music, etc. If you would like to try that one out I can help you out there OP. But I certainly would like to track down this Digital Ear software none the less and see how it does :).
