REQ: John Melas Waveform Editor 3.0 (Win/OSX)

In addition to the Motif Tools I'm also looking for the Waveform Editor, an essential tool for creating (and converting) samples libraries in a format that the Motif series can recognize.
The last release on the site is 2.0 from 2017 and many more improvements have been made since then.
