Tascam made a summing mixer ‘of sorts’ way back when in the 70s. With 8 RCA inputs and outs summed to two it was used to expand the inputs into a mixer. Possessing a clear tone it also distorts wonderfully when pushed. Useful for just adding another flavour to a Bus or even the Master bus. There is something about sending voltage through a piece of gear that has been running voltage since the 70s.

Overdriven cassette tape effects. Compression, distortion- saturation. Six unique effects. 3 of them used additional processing and hardware to add to the tape effect. 3 of them were sampled in stereo.
All 6 were sampled and are presented as ‘compressor style’ programs, with thresh, attack, and release controls. To give the effects more versatility, additional attack/release behaviors were taken from actual compressors and melded with these effects.

The Day We Fight Back is an ongoing global protest against mass surveillance by the US National Security Agency (NSA), the UK GCHQ, and the other Five Eyes partners involved in global surveillance. The "digital protest" took place on February 11, 2014 with more than 6,000 participating websites which primarily took the form of webpage banner-advertisements that read, "Dear Internet, we’re sick of complaining about the NSA. We want new laws that curtail online surveillance. Today we fight back.”[8] Organizers hoped lawmakers would be made aware "that there's going to be ongoing public pressure until these reforms are instituted."
