Rhapsody is a synth Pack based on the vintage Elka Rhapsody 490, one of the very first string synthesizers, a minimal but unique machine from the creators of the popular Synthex. Released in 1974 by the Italian manufacturer Elka, the Rhapsody 490 is a lush polyphonic analog string synthesizer. It has been used by Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis and Tangerine Dream and appears in loads of albums in 70’s and 80’s.
