Okay im back to elaborate the reason i say protools is the best and i own them all mac and pc .in my
studio, is protools gives me the closet natural sound and mix, it doesnt leave you with a computerized
plastic sound like some Daws do as far as plugs yes way over priced and outdated, However these are
some powerful ones they released. the new pt9 has fixed the latency issue many had, also Thanks to
Team XVX you can now use any audio card, Avid finally killed hardware ping, you can now have full hd in ver 9 with the new toolkit
you should read up on avid or youtube on the new features i bought last saturday and
its hands down the best release of any Daw.......

ASSIGN IS NOT A SCENE GROUP.

A scene group releases on special servers, sticks to special scene rules, is listed on ALL release sites, has defined ways of spreading software etc. ASSiGN does not do that. Thus they are not a scene group. Thats why AiR and Dynamics dupe their releases etc. Read more if you dont believe me.

I know that they aren't. Anyway, their releases are usually so badly cracked, so mean at sometimes (they like to release things from little companies that don't have much money; really-really brave...) that I was thinking about Calcatian's ROFL smiley ;-)

well i am overjoyed to find so much support... now if only SAiNT finally adds my fav smiley...

and personally, i actually like ASSiGN for their punk-ass atti2de. they did successfully go after some incredibly big apps that are really hard to crack with ridiculously limited resources that they have got. plus they keep a close contact with their users (i.e. us). and their success rate is also better than many 0-day scene groups i know of. its just that they like to play the same game on the basis of their own rulebook. and i still miss their anime theme. it was so annoying it had almost made a friend become suicidal.

There's more work in that song than in some of their cracks. I loved it so much.

will xvx cracks work in pro tools 9?

Protools 9 has ADC now and all the features of the old HD that cost thousands of dollars. I am a 10 year user and switched due to phasing issues and dealing with no ADC with limited track counts ect. Ableton is fine as someone mentioned but for someone who is really into mixing it will not fly for a final mix for most. As a professional rig for peolple who actually know how to use it and take advantge of it yes protools is the DREAM DAW right now. If you don't know what ADC is and don't use any of the advanced option then yeah probably not the biggest deal for you. For $600 I will buy it in January if it is not cracked by then... It is very much worth it but Logic is still great! The editing though in protools I need for commercial work because Logics audio editing is the only thing I really can't stand in it. Logic and ableton for midi is great but audio editing is not anywhere protools. Dont be so ignorant if you don't know what you are talking about or do this for a living and pay the bills.


Someone will hopefully upload a copy for everyone including the groups to take a stab at. The crossgrade doesn't even need a Ilock just a hardware serial so that might be a way around it for some that own protools hardware like me. People request things they don't see...if it was realeased then why even request? Just go over to demonoid and it will probably be there! A request will allow someone with something to upload it, rip it or give us some version we can hack ourselves...Like I said with the crossgrade and owning a avid/digi device you might have a shot with the serial number. If you owned protools 8 under that device supposively that's all you need to upgrade and that is what they are selling right now! They are not selling the official full update until the 12th just the crossgrade and update right now.

okay listen guys...all daws have their pros and cons. If you're working with midi and electronic stuff, Logic is a much better choice than protools in a most cases. Logic is also a great writing tool. For serious audio editing, nothing beats protools. If you have some basic key commands down (turn that a...z button on...) nothing is as fast and powerful when doing hardcore editing of real multitrack audio. Try manually cutting up and accurately tightening a metal drum performance in Logic. When it comes to sample level editing PT is just faster

hehe all i want for christmas is PT9 :) Pc users did have it good for too long and let's be serious...serious warez for serious users.

I saw some people bitching and what not...yeah logic works for my own stuff but for doing my commercial work and bands protools is king. I'm in post production,my own music, recording bands and video editing for a full time living. I use 3 different DAWS on the norm to get the job done. Each one has it's own purpose for getting the job done right and on time. Professionals need proffesional tools. I don't need to here from kids living at home with mom and dad who don't know what they are talking about.

if u can afford a stupid mac and live of music don t break balls and buy it,let it be cracked for those who are fine with pc and can t afford it

Yes it does offer more than the xvx crack...does anyone here know what adc is for or have you never gotten that far? The more experience you get the more options you use to further your mixes. ADC use to be HD only at a high price tag and now it's available to everyone. Also OMF file conversion is standard which is a big deal also. The xvx crack has no ADC and is a glorified le/m version that's extremely buggy. Yes to the user on top if a crack doesn't come out by January I will buy it. I'm wanting the crack for home but to my investor and the studio I work out I will be writing off for a few paid versions. At a commercial place all are paid for for obvious reasons but at home I run cracks given the costs. I'd rather spend my money on api,neve, apogee and nice outboard gear than pay for programs to learn at home. The crack community really helps people learn and when they get the chance they buy to keep legit in a pro studio later in life.

I'm not trying to start a pc mac war here but if you are serious about this mac is the solid way to go in the industry and they aren't that pricey after you record 2 bands and make your money back. It's not really a PC issue it's a windows issue and as a ex windows user for audio it really blows and is a total mess when things start getting serious and you need a reliable rig.
