SAiNT, is Audio Z yours? If so, it looks real nice! I'm fairly close to Montreal and would love to check it out some day!

I have a suggestion for the site, it could help people find studios:
A map with all the studios on it; possibly integrated with Google or Bing Maps, with each studio being a pin on top of the map, a mouseover for each that would show the name, adress and maybe a photo or a link to their mainroom.pro page and an input field alongside the map to find the studio closest to you.

BTW, I think some companies will get nervous once they follow the forum link and find out how close it is to this website. They might fear to be associated with that.

I think the website is a great idea, I'd love to see it grow

I will not consider this very small room i am now an studio, but i will spread the word to see if some of my friends want to be in there. Thanks a lot SAiNT for all what you do every day for all of us, always trying to improve it for us to enjoy it even more!

Hopefully there will be open-minded studios that won't be hesitant to become involved. They're getting paid so I don't see why it should be an issue and it's good advertising for their business.

This is a triviality, but the animated buttons in the menu options on top righ move unrealistically (it's like they where moving also in the y axis while rotating). BTW, i like a lot the site interface, overcoat the "Documents, Videos" section where notes look like randomly hang notes on a blackboard. Nice Job!

And @LV-426 in which section is your studio ?!

i found the problem: it's adblock... u need to disable it or wonr see anything !

yeah is there anyway to search for studios in a specific area? if you could get that up asap i think it would help people WANT to submit there studio..right now it looks like just a place to show it up..

Beautiful site! Looks very decent :) A possible addition would still be to add a feature which allows you to locate studios next to your zip or postal code, so artists can use this site to search for studios, too. That would increase the audience ;) But still, very good job you did there!

i know, but really, there's not that much to search for right now... we need more studios. then i could put something like Tags Cloud, or something to quickly locate a studio by some filters, like bigFlow said.

The tools help but it all comes down to how you utilize them. I don't have much either but I do the best I can with what I have. In life this is often the most important thing.

I totally agree mate, its all about how you tweak and work with the soft/hardware you have! My reflections was more based on how beautiful everything is organized and the whole interiour etc. I have basically a (litteraly speaking) basement studio with as little hardware as posseble .... a monster computer, good mics/audiocard/monitors and the best soft you can get plus a musical mind and good ears can do the job!

Not that I envy these fancy studios at all - I get inspired
