Sick and tired of slow FileSonic speed, desperately downloading 50-50 HD-Rip for nearly whole day, i turned to our forum to find a final solution to this crap;
and thanks to members of AudioSEX, there was one.

Since i've tried MyDownloader already and it was slow even with 10 streams peer file, i decided to try the other one - Real-Debrid.com

want to see the movie at last, so let's keep it short; here's the current speed with FileSonic premium:
Alternative Ways to Download from Popular File Sharing Services screenshot
here's the Real-Debrid downloads with 5 streams each (i believe you can have up to 10 streams):
Alternative Ways to Download from Popular File Sharing Services screenshot

obviously, i wouldn't pay just out of curiosity, so i sign up for two days free testing.

surprisingly enough, FileSonic files were at AlDebrid almost instantly. I've added the links to my good old NetTransport (Netxfer) and set 5 streams for each (since i have 10mbits ADSL, it gives me the exact speed that i expect to get).

UPD: already downloaded the files. everything went well. i'll be testing this service for one more day, and if i'll get the same good speed (which i will, because i can use up to 10 streams peer file), i'll be definitely subscribe for a few months;
because i really don't like this crappy speed situation.

so, use my referral link and check it out:

Ive been using Zevera as of just recently. I have 10mbit as well, and I get the speeds I should. Dunno how it compares to AllDebrid in terms of features and how well it translates the links to the various files hosts, I've been experiencing some issues with Depositfiles and letitbit.

yeah, i heard about that. do they have free testing as well? i'd appreciate some comparison.
do you download with one stream peer file, or several?

the funny thing is, i don't need that much of a file services support, i just need the speed that i'm supposed to pay for to the original file hoster... sad

Haha Saint, i remember receiving a warning the 1st time i talked about this service on audioz

i wonder if that warning was from me...? wow
dunno why... maybe there was no Lounge section at that time.

the reason i posted this, is because i'm sick of FileSonic speeds and wanted to share the solution with our members. mates

phenomboy, btw, do you use AllDebrid, or Zevera?... have you tried Zevera at all?

i'm still not sure why the site/members don't use mediafire. u dont have to have a membership to use it, plus u can download more than one file at a time, members & non members. download time is pretty fast, too. uploading as also great. been using it for years. it's the best site for hosting, imo

download time is pretty fast

only RapidShare can provide great speed to any country, under any load.

all other services are only fast until they got some real overload sad

dunno mate... 5$ a month for ALL file sharing services in one place with great speed.. that sounds like a great offer to me.

it's a shame i'm finding out about this only now... sad

I have used mydownloader and zevera.

Zevera does oron

It's nice to buy credits rather than monthly subscription. So if I actually write music I have bandwidth left!

alldebrd sounds interesting though..

Does alldebrd do oron?

Also forgot to say. Zevera.... buy a small subscription or bandwidth. After a few days they send a 50% voucher!

yeah it is not much but i have around 15? to get food per week - so i have to save all money for some other things ...
and so far im not a hardcore downloader - just the essential stuff like updates and some sample packs i find interesting ;)
and in my country i have for normal movie still RS which has a speed of sometimes 10-12 MB/s
i think this is not beatable ...

They don't have free testing as far as I know.
Zevera integrates fine with IDM (for unrestrained links & parallel dls), so you can use your own DL manager, and yes it supports multiple streams - up to 16 per file with IDM (thats IDM's max limit // and it is actually Zevera's recommended settings for IDM - although I rarely require more than 1 stream per file, but tested 16 to verify it works!).

I would also like to point out that Zevera has unlimited downloading from all of its supported hosts except Oron, which is 5gb per day (if anyone was wondering).

When my Zevera account expires, I will probably give AllDebrid a try too :)

i have just read alldebrid forum.seems it has a lot of problem without solution.nobody helped members who have problems.some user complain about 2 free days downloads all are ok but when they became paid member they couldn't download anything.even worst, some of them couldn't reach the alldebrid website itself.

zevera seems more former and nice but without fileserve support meaningless for me.

hey SAiNT try to use IDM for your download manager .. it will give you FULL SPEED i believe ..

but i do noticed that Filesonic sometimes cut off in the middle of downloading process ..

anyway .. zevera and alldebrid looks promising though

@saint

Movies and xbox games = this

My handy dandy guide to newsgroups :) download at full speed always and search and download over ssl.

--

To get stuff easily

subscription cost 6 -80 per year (6 one off 10gb - 60 one year)
Equipment cost (15-80)

Servers and software

Action : http://www.slyck.com/ (scroll down to youtube video)
Reason: it explains newsgroups in 5 videos

Action : Astraweb.com (monthly sub or 25gb or 180 one off) they do deals 60 per year (96usd link = http://is.gd/0VgRul)
Reason: to get the stuff from the astraweb server

Action : http://www.altbinz.net/
Reason: best usenet software, on PC to download the files (its paid but good, there are free usenet software if you want)

Action : nzbmatrix.com (use ssl version of there site after sign up)
Reason: forum to find the shit you need to download

Action : put astraweb user name and password in altbinz
Reason: so it can access your account and download from the astraweb server

Equipment

Action : Get a Sumvision Cyclone MK2+ player from a good seller like scan http://is.gd/9rv5PW (27.34)
Reason: plays all files and high def movies (.mkv =matroska = high def)

Action : buy portable hard drive - USB only power is easier to use - one cable to unplug - some USB/power dont work. check it only has a usb socket and no option of external power
Reason: hard drive is faster to put stuff on, than a USB stick has huge storage

1 go to nzbmatrix find the stuff
2 download .nzb file
3 open in albinz
4 download
5 put on portable Hard drive
6 play on TV with sumvision player.

Action : too tight to get a sumvision high def player - Tesco Xvid player should do it 20 not .mkv compatible not high def.
Reason: its cheap, but not high def and you have to always burn DVDs to play stuff. and can rename or rearrange stuff like a HDD

That it

Newsgroups ie astraweb are ,

Safer (ssl),
faster ,
always full speed compared to P2P like torrents

Google is right. The usenet is the only permanent alternative to filehosting services, it's fast, you get your stuff very early, and it's rather secure.

I used a free account over the Xrismas for large files and it still works! (more than 48h)
impressive parallel performance, not sure if I'll pay for.
Here and there you might find speeds of 1.4mb..etc, for me it's enough..It might arrive a point in which unrar will be the slowest part of the process

Under the user's perspective I guess I fear the day in which uploaders, hosts and related services tune their interest so well as if they were fixing the conditions to score not their natural competition or their business niche, but the dependant user's pocket

I can vouch for Zevera also.
Great speeds, supports almost everything (not FileServe).
They charged 10e for 100GB (now it's for 50GB....basterds)
Look for promotions. They have promo codes that double your purchase...

Got FileServe + FileSonic + HotFile premiums.

Tried linksnappy (multipremium) a while ago for about 1 month or so and it worke remarkably well with the JDownloader (nightly beta) plug-in.

Also I am trying fast-debrid (multipremium) for 40 days straight from the website with FireFox and I'm getting lots of download errors with FilesMoster links

Also, I just got me a 240 days account at real-debrid. Will try it in a few days with the JDownloader plug-in...

I know about 30 or so of these multipremium services, but right now FileServe, MegaUpload & DepositFiles are chasing them and these servers are too often non-working through them. So I'll renew FileServe and FileSonic (I use these 2 *A LOT*), just in case...

Best wishes to all!
