IK Multimedia T-RackS 5 Complete v5.2.1 [WiN-OSX] Incl Keygen-R2R screenshot

Team R2R | June 27 2019 | WiN 1.51 GB | OSX 1.54 GB
IK Multimedia has announced the release of the T-RackS Tape Machine Collection. This collection is intended to give you the true character of analog tape, adding warmth, character and glue to tracks.

The new models include the Tape Machine 440, Tape Machine 80, Tape Machine 24, and Tape Machine 99, re-creating four classic tape recording machines from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s: the Ampex 440B, the Studer A80, the MCI JH24 and the Revox PR99.

The T-RackS Tape Machine Collection is the culmination of 2 years of research and development on real tape machines, each carefully restored "to spec" and modeled stage-by-stage for accuracy. Using a careful mix of convolution and physical modeling the Tape Machine Collection is designed to e-creates the complex interplay of machine, tape, and audio to capture even the smallest detail of each machine.

Each Tape Machine module offers its own unique character plus 4 tape formulas, selectable tape speed, and common controls designed to let you easily audition the differences between the different machines and tape formulations.

Included:

Tape Machine 440: The Ampex 440 series dates from the late 1960's, and known to deliver an unmistakably soulful color that made this professional and historic mixing and mastering machine a legend.
Tape Machine 80: The Studer A80 Mk II, in its various revisions, was an essential part of countless influential records. Engineered and manufactured in Switzerland from 1970 to 1988, it became the de facto standard for professional high-end multi-tracking. The A80's sonic signature is a famous blend between transparency and subtle harmonic enhancement.
Tape Machine 24: A model of the MCI JH24. First produced in 1980, the JH24 was a staple in US studios during the 1980s.
Tape Machine 99: The Revox PR99 Mk II is a stereo professional recorder produced by Studer in the 1980s. Engineered around a hybrid design that was designed to combine the best of discrete and op-amp topologies, this model offers a very smooth frequency response, especially on bass, with almost no trace of the typical "head bump" phenomenon. A standard for broadcast and classical music,

damn 25(24mono and 1 stereo on the mix bus) of the "studer 80" loaded on my laptop was 76%
which is 70% higher than the overloud tapedesk but sounds better too

Edit: thats 76% with 24 izotope N3's, 24 ClaMixHub's , 8 nls's on aux's... nothing like having an I9 laptop with nvme drives

Thanks, great release!

But plug-ins have not Presets. Only inside standalone T-Racks app the plug-ins have presets.
Have anyone the same issue?

These are really not worth it. I get it tape sounded amazing when it was a thing but the cpu usage and latency is not worth it. And that’s for all 4 of these. Won’t be using these.

happened to me also, All the tapes & Equal module crashed upon opening. Don't know the cause maybe because old pc ( onboard gpu opengl 1.1).

A few questions if you don't mind :

1. Is there any software/ fix that can ease this old pc problems ? I tested few plugins here on audioz & some of them crashed or it gaves black screen ( for example unfiltered audio). Any ways to fix it ? Maybe somehow enable software renderer

2.If this current T-racks still got latency & cpu problem the what you guys suggest for alternatives ? In terms of tape plugins

Thanks R2R and Horsemen! Gotta say it... Taupe sounds much for 3D and real and uses at least 4x times less CPU than T-Racks Tapes, great to try with all the hype...

Big issues on this release on Logic 10.4.5, High Sierra. The Master Match plug, used on buss, force Logic to NOT compensate the latency even if not used in linear phase mode. Plus, every track passing through the plug (in insert or through busses) cannot be bounced in off-line and causes Logic to freeze. Anyone having the same issues or can test?

I’m having a problem with this. I specifically got this for the tape machine plugins. Unfortunately, the tape machines are the only plugins that aren’t working. They aren’t, according to the error message, authorized, even though when I hit the authorization icon on the plugin, it states that it has already been authorized. What am I doing wrong?

Mac running Sierra.

I do agree with the tap reel spinning hypothesis. if I change a preset and minimize the plugin popup, the CPU load in FL20 goes down from 90 something to 70 something, and the stuttering stops. I have a GE63 Raider Laptop 16GB Ram that can go up to 3.9GHZ, and there's a bottleneck processing audio + UI... I wonder if somehow you could set up CPU cores affinity for Graphics separated from audio processing cores... there's clearly a bottleneck somewhere. Also to support this theory, if I go to Settings > Project > Timebase (PPQ) and reduce the number (this option controls the max. resolution when Zoom In) the stuttering also goes down (i have the Asio drivers, 44khz, all Multithreaded options, Smart Disable, Tripple buffer, etc, activated).

Hey, did anyone manage to make it work with Catalina? Can't use the installer because it's not compatible. Thanks
